Train Your Mind – Transform Your Life
We all want to feel positive, confident and happy, but in today’s world this feels increasingly difficult. How can we be positive when there’s so much bad news? How can we feel confident when the future looks so bleak? How can we make a positive contribution when the situation appears so hopeless? Buddhist practice, which anyone can use, involves training our mind to remain calm and positive, so that we can meet life’s uncertainties and difficulties with confidence and make a positive contribution – all while protecting our own inner peace and mental health. Discover practical and positive steps to train your mind to be happy.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience with meditation is necessary. You don’t need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs.
Everyone is welcome.
